• Manage and supervise activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.Train, mentor, and supervise site staff and laborers.Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control.
• Requirements:
• Know how to use Autocad
• Strong knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
