Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
  • Allocate work and monitor workers' productivity.
  • Ensure all works are carried out according to project specifications and schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare daily work reports and monitor project progress.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience as a Construction Foreman.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
  • Familiar with Singapore workplace safety requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
