CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR

Responsible for inspecting construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of construction and site works.
• Check workmanship, materials, and completed works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and identify defects or non-compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper site records.
• Follow up on rectification works and verify completion.
• Ensure works comply with applicable safety and quality requirements.
• Attend site inspections, meetings, and project coordination activities.
• Report construction issues and potential delays to management.
• Assist with final inspections and project handover documentation.
