Construction Manager

MULTI-DISCIPLINE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (CMEI)
▪ Degree/ Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 18-22 years (min. 10 years GCC Oil & Gas)
▪ Overall Responsibility for execution of Civil, Mechanical, Piping, E&I Works. Ensure delivery as per schedule,
Safety, and Quality Standards. Manage multi-discipline Construction activities, Subcontractors, and
Coordination with QA/QC & Planning Teams.

❖ SENIOR/ LEAD QS ENGINEER - CMEI
▪ Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years (GCC preferred)
▪ Handle Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, BOQs, variation orders, Claims, and Progress Measurement for
Multi-Discipline Works.

❖ PIPING PROJECT ENGINEER
▪ Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8-12 years (Oil & Gas Piping)
▪ Supervise Piping Activities, Manage Piping Tracker, System/ Sub-System Marking, ITR Closure, and
Completion Dossiers. Coordinate with QA/QC and Commissioning.

❖ CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
▪ Degree in Civil Engineering with 8-12 years (Oil & Gas Projects)
▪ Execute Civil Works including Foundations and Structural Works. Ensure Compliance with Drawings, Quality,
and Safety Standards. Monitor Progress and Material usage.

❖ CIVIL PERMIT HOLDERS
▪ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years (min. 3 years PTW experience)
▪ Manage PTW Approvals, ensure Compliance with Safety Procedures, Coordinate with Operations/HSE
Teams, and Support Site Execution.

❖ CIVIL SUPERVISORS
▪ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6-10 years (Oil & Gas)
▪ Supervise Site Execution, Manage Manpower, ensure adherence to Drawings, Safety & Quality
requirements.

❖ PERMIT COORDINATOR (E-PTW)
▪ ITI/ Diploma with 5-8 years (E-PTW Systems experience)
▪ Coordinate all Permit activities through E-PTW Systems. Liaise with HSE, Operations & Construction Teams.

❖ MATERIAL CONTROLLER
▪ Any Degree with 5-10 years (Oil & Gas Logistics/ Stores)
▪ Manage Material Receipt, Storage, Issuance, ERP Updates, Stock Control, QA/QC Compliance, and LogisticsCoordination.

❖ SURVEYOR
▪ Diploma in Survey with minimum 5 years (Oil & Gas, GCC Preferred)
▪ Carry out land and Construction Surveying, Setting Out Works, Level Measurements, and ensure accuracy
as per Drawings and Project Specifications.
