Construction Manager

Job Scopes:

• To lead a team of engineer and supervisor to plan and execute the site work according to programme, method of construction, manpower and machineries planning.

• Manage subcontractors and dealing with QPS for daily site.

• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction industry, including 5 years in LTA/ MRT infrastructure projects

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer
