Construction Manager
With several new projects secured, we are expanding our team and are currently hiring.
Job Descriptions
- Lead, oversee, manage, supervise, and direct site staff and sub-contractors to execute the project in accordance with the design specifications/drawings, approve work methods, meet authorities’ requirements, and ensure on-time completion of the project
- Establish the quality management system, safety and risk management, time management, and cost planning for the construction activities
- Coordinate, take corrective actions, monitor the actions taken, and update our client regularly
- Identify and address any site/project issues when they arise
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to ensure proper coordination
- Oversee the planning and construction of the project, monitor the work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program
- Guide the project team in relation to construction works to ensure progress is according to the schedule, and maintain the quality standard
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering infrastructure project experience
- Strong leadership qualities with good analytical and communication skills
The remuneration package shall be commensurate with relevant project experiences, proven track records, and professional skills.
