Position Summary

Davenergy Solutions is seeking a full-time, onsite Construction Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Fresno, California VA Medical Center as part of the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades Program. This work is focused on building and information technology infrastructure improvements within an active healthcare environment, including telecommunications rooms and pathways, power, HVAC, grounding and bonding, and related systems needed to support EHRM.

The Construction Manager will serve as the Owner’s Representative, supporting the Government in the oversight and coordination of construction activities. The position requires a practical construction background, strong documentation skills, and the ability to identify issues early and communicate them clearly to the Government team.
