CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

The Construction Manager is responsible for the overall management of construction projects, including project execution, manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, cost control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee construction projects from planning to completion.• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, company employees,subcontractors, and suppliers.• Plan and deploy manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment efficiently.• Manage project resources with an estimated workforce of up to 1,000 personnel,including subcontractors.• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and governmentauthorities.• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, approved drawings, QA/QCprocedures, CONQUAS standards, and MOM/WSH regulations.• Review construction schedules and implement recovery plans where necessary.• Manage company assets, equipment utilisation, material control, and overtimecosts.• Prepare project reports and provide timely updates to Management.• Respond promptly to construction issues, risks, emergencies, and projectchanges.• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
