Construction Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, including scheduling, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Handle client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with different departments to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in site/project management within the construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
