Lead the preparation scheduling coordination and monitoring of assigned engineering projects with precision and efficiency
Enforce strict adherence to applicable codes industry best practices and rigorous QA,QC
Engage in daily client interactions adeptly interpreting their needs and requirements
Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops, attending meetings with project's official's contractors and suppliers.
Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
Direct the planning department for procurement production and installation program
Operate, control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
Follow-up for monthly payment applications and payments.
Timely submit variations and follow-up for approvals
Follow-up site QA/QC and safety procedure as per site requirements
Maintain safe and clean working environment at site by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.

Minimum 5 Years' experience in Joinery/Interior Fitout Works
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering Plus training courses.
Certificate in project Management/Contract Management is an Advantage
