Job Description Construction Manager:
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Construction Manager to lead our upcoming mid-to-high-rise residential and commercial projects in Dubai. You will hold legal and technical accountability for the site, steering execution from breaking ground to final key handover.

Key Responsibilities:
Authority & Regulatory Mastery: Act as the primary approved engineer of record for all DM and DDA technical inspections, site structural checks, and final building sign-offs.
Portal Operations: Directly manage digital submittals via e-services to clear engineering permits, structural revisions, and cross-department NOCs (DEWA, DCD, Trakhees).
Site Leadership: Oversee daily operations of site engineers, foremen, and specialized subcontractors across civil, structural, MEP, and architectural finishing stages.
Project Tracking: Maintain ownership of the projects
Quality & Safety Handover: Maintain strict compliance with DM health and environmental regulations, ensuring zero-compromise safety codes and leading the project toward securing the final Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
Our Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. / B.Eng./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Regulatory Stamp: You must possess an active, active-status municipal card linked to DM and DDA.
Experience: 6-10 years of total construction experience
Should be aware of UAE Construction standards.
Salary: AED 10k-15k
