Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant execution of structural and architectural works on site.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all site activities for structural and architectural works to ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate reinforced structural & architectural trades such as finishes, roofing, and M&E interface works to maintain workflow efficiency
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery
- Plan and monitor work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource deployment to optimize site operations
- Enforce workplace safety, WSH requirements, and maintain high standards of site housekeeping
- To manage a team of site staff to ensure they prepare detailed progress reports, work schedules, and coordination records to track project status
- Attend and contribute to regular site meetings to align stakeholders and resolve issues
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil construction projects
- Strong technical knowledge in structural works and site documentation
- Familiarity with local building regulations, WSH requirements, and site management best practices
- Proficient in site documentation, client/consultant/subcontractor correspondence, and progress reporting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience coordinating multiple construction trades concurrently
- Familiarity with managing works within live or constrained environments

Remuneration Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
