Construction Manager

Manage and oversee daily construction activities and site operations.
Ensure projects are delivered according to programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor site progress and resolve construction issues efficiently.
Lead and supervise site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil & building construction.
Experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and project coordination.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
