Construction Manager

Job Description

  • Manage daily construction activities, site teams and subcontractors.
  • Oversee earthwork, roadwork, drainage and other civil works.
  • Plan manpower, materials, equipment and site resources.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety and productivity.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors.
  • Identify and resolve site issues to keep works on schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
  • Prepare site progress reports and coordinate project documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction.
  • Strong experience in earthwork, roadwork and site operations.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Good understanding of construction safety and quality requirements.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
