Construction Manager
Job Description
- Manage daily construction activities, site teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee earthwork, roadwork, drainage and other civil works.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment and site resources.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and productivity.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve site issues to keep works on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
- Prepare site progress reports and coordinate project documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction.
- Strong experience in earthwork, roadwork and site operations.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Good understanding of construction safety and quality requirements.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
