We are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join a major company in the industrial sector, in Cartagena.
We are looking for a profile specialized in the construction management of CAPEX industrial projects, with experience in contractor coordination and monitoring of on-site execution.
What you'll do
- Management and coordination of construction activities in CAPEX industrial projects.
- Coordination and supervision of contracting companies.
- Planning and monitoring of construction activities.
- Supervision of compliance with safety requirements during execution.
- Monitoring of construction progress.
- Preparation of progress reports and project reporting.

Essential requirements
- Between 10 and 15 years of experience in industrial project construction management.
- Experience in CAPEX investment projects.
- Experience in contractor coordination and construction planning.
- Knowledge of safety and execution monitoring in industrial environments.
- Experience in the preparation of progress reports and reporting.
