MDLI Client is seeking a qualified candidates for Construction Manager. CM will be responsible for management of material handling projects in the Postal and Warehousing market sectors, including scheduling, estimating, contract administration, resource management, cost control, and execution of key company objectives (sales and growth initiatives). Candidates must be willing to travel (20-30%). Engineering or Construction Management degree .

2. Construction Administration:

a. Request for Information (RFI) process, review, creation

b. Submittal process

ii. Site ‘work order’ process (e.g. site directed changes)

e. Closeout process

Knowledge :

1. Cost control

2. Work in Progress (WIP) projecting and

3. Construction Quality Control (industrial, structural, other)

3. Schedule comprehension & creation

4. Customer management (correspondence, availability, adequate response)
