CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description

Oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring strict deadlines and high safety standards are met.
Manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and workers under demanding site conditions.
Handle urgent issues, project delays, manpower shortages, and client expectations simultaneously.
Ensure projects are completed on time despite unforeseen challenges, including adverse weather, manpower constraints, and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations, MOM guidelines, BCA requirements, and company policies.
Work long hours on-site, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Take full accountability for project delivery, site operations, workforce discipline, and overall project success.

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on project or site management experience.
Strong knowledge of BCA/MOM regulations and Singapore construction requirements.
Proven leadership experience in managing diverse site teams under pressure.
Strong ability to resolve conflicts, maintain workforce discipline, and meet strict project deadlines.
Able to work under demanding site conditions with high levels of stress, responsibility, and accountability.
Willing to work long hours and respond to urgent site matters when required.
