CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Manager to lead site operations for our building construction projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day site construction activities to ensure safe, timely and quality delivery.
  • Plan construction sequences, manpower, resources, materials and site logistics.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve site issues.
  • Manage structural, architectural, M&E and precast installation works.
  • Identify potential delays and implement timely recovery measures.
  • Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality and WSH requirements.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Technical, QS, QA/QC and Safety teams.
  • Support project completion, inspections, handover and defect rectification.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of relevant construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager role preferred.
  • Strong experience with Singapore main contractors.
  • Experience in HDB/BTO or high-rise residential projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of precast, structural, architectural and M&E coordination.
  • Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations and WSH requirements.
  • Relevant safety qualifications are preferred.
