Construction Manager

Job Scope:

• Develop and ensure design of electrical equipment, system and materials submission according to the technical specification particularly in the electrical engineering.
• Plan project costing and master schedule
• Manage site activities including labour, installation, manufacturing, coordination.
• Work with LTA, Consultant and third party contractor with a team of site engineers, supervisors and sub-contractors.
• Work closely with Project manager in overseeing to ensure construction team understand their responsibility.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Construction industry.
• A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently.
