The construction manager serves as the primary point of accountability for construction execution and partners closely with Real Estate, Design, Operations, Planning, execution, and delivery of New Coffeehouses in the Northeast region. The construction manager oversees the successful delivery of new coffeehouse development projects ensuring all projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Starbucks design and construction standards.
As a construction manager, you will…
- Manage all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, bidding, permitting, construction, turnover, and closeout.
- Develop, manage, and forecast construction budgets and manage construction timelines.
- Conduct site visits and construction inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance.
- Support the Northeast territory including\: New England, Northeast Ohio, New York State (excluding NYC), and Pennsylvania (excluding Philadelphia), with the ideal candidate located in the Cleveland area, Upstate New York, or Connecticut.
