CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Supervise site operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress and resolve construction issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards.

• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

• Support timely project completion within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Relevant construction management experience.

• Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
