Working Hours: Mon to Sat, 8.30am-5.30pm (work on site)
Salary: $4500 to $5500

Responsibilities:
• Manage renovation and construction projects from start to completion.
• Supervise site operations, project progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee QA/QC.
• Prepare project reports, shop drawings, and Variation Orders (VO).
• Lead and supervise site workers.
