Construction Manager

We are hiring an Operations Manager – Construction for our construction company in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience in managing construction projects and company operations, with proven ability to lead staff, manage multiple projects, solve operational and site issues, control costs, improve productivity, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Strong leadership, communication, planning, commercial awareness, client management, subcontractor coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Location: UAE

Experience: UAE construction management experience is mandatory

Skills

Candidates with solid experience in construction operations, budgeting, procurement, manpower management, project delivery, cost control, and client relations are preferred.
