Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Review project plans to schedule deliverables and accurately estimate costs for effective resource allocation
• Monitor onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Coordinate and lead construction workers and subcontractors to optimize productivity and maintain project timelines
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and equipment, and manage inventory to support efficient construction operations
• Ensure all contractual conditions of performance are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Review daily work progress to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Prepare detailed internal and external reports on job status to inform stakeholders and support decision-making
• Plan proactively to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues to minimize project disruptions
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses to facilitate project execution
