Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

To assist Project Manager inimplementing project
To oversee Engineer prepared methodstatement, drawings, materials, samples, work progress and other relevantdocuments for M&E related works with project teams
To oversee project costs are keptwithin budget and the completion of site activities are within thespecified time frame
To assist and co-ordinate with Client onsubmissions, drawing, installation, authority requirements, variation orders,inspections, testing and commissioning requirements.
To perform tasks at work site, attend clientmeetings and sub-con meetings.
Have experience of ACMV contractor more than 7years or Data Centre project more than 3 years
Education background in Degree
