CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
About the role
SNT Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our construction projects in the Singapore area. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies
- Coordinating and supervising the work of cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors and subcontractors
- Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations, safety protocols and quality standards
- Arranging construction site jobs daily
- Reading construction drawing
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site coordinator or site manager in the Singapore construction industry (residential building work)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials , M & E and equipment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of relevant construction regulations and safety requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Skill in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
