Construction Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and competent Construction Manager who can lead and manage the team for construction projects. The candidate should ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site operations and monitoring progress.

Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are fulfilled smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineer, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction project management.

Familiar with Singapore regulations (e.g., BCA, MOM requirements)

Strong communication, Effective leadership and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.

Proficient in using project management tools and software like AUTO CAD.

Class 3or 3C Driving license
