Construction Manager

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from the initiation to completion.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial goals.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with engineers, QA/QC, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the construction timeline.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and risk management procedures.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Have min 8 years of experience in construction project management with at least 4 years in managerial level.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High integrity is a must
  • OSHA certification and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (preferred)
