Construction Manager
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, and progress.
- Resolve technical problems and site issues.
- Supervise workers to ensure they perform their tasks properly and safely
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation.
- Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
- Prepare bar-bending schedules if required.
