Your Role & Impact:

• Build and strengthen customer relationships, representing TCE’s reputation for excellence
• Manage multiple construction sites day-to-day: staffing, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively; keep projects on track and on budget
• Lead, motivate, and develop crews and crew leaders through coaching and conflict resolution
• Conduct site walks, safety inspections, equipment checks, and ensure compliance
• Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure adherence to specifications
• Handle all administrative tasks: daily reports, timesheets, expenses, and project closeout
• Investigate incidents and lead corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment
• Interface with Customer & Tower Owner project, integration & Safety teams
