職位名稱：Construction Manager, TW Logistics／物流工程營建經理
工程營建經理將管理工程專案的完整交付週期，涵蓋規劃、承包商作業、施工執行、檢驗、驗收及營運移交。本職位將整合工程範圍、時程、品質、技術要求及利害關係人之間的相依性，支援 Coupang 在台灣的物流與站點擴展。候選人須能判讀施工圖說、工程進度及技術規範，維持清楚的進度可視性，並推動品質缺失與施工異常及時結案。本職位將結合遠端工程監督與必要的現場介入，於場勘、事件協調、異常處理或品質驗收時前往現場。
主要職責
• 領導工程專案從規劃、承包商作業、施工、驗收到營運移交的完整流程，建立各階段的控制點、責任歸屬及交付標準。
• 透過承包商日報審查、必要現場訪查、施工介面協調及里程碑確認，管理現場執行與承包商履約狀態。
• 審查施工圖說、工程排程、技術規範、材料送審、施工計畫及檢驗文件，辨識衝突、遺漏、相依關係與規範符合性問題。
• 建立檢驗與驗收標準，管理不符合事項、品質缺失及施工異常，保存相關證據、協調改善行動，並推動複驗與結案。
• 協調內部工程、營運、採購、設計、承包商及其他專案利害關係人，形成可追蹤的決議、責任人、完成期限、依賴條件及升級節點。
• 即時產出工程進度報告，比較計畫與實際進度、說明差異原因、辨識時程、品質、成本或施工介面風險，並建立具責任歸屬的修正行動
必備資格
• 具可驗證的工程專案管理經驗，能清楚說明專案範圍、期間、個人責任、決策邊界及交付結果。
• 具工地活動或新建站點工程管理經驗，包括承包商協調、工序管理、現場巡查、里程碑驗收及異常處理。
• 具施工圖說、工程進度表及技術規範判讀能力。
• 具施工品質或檢驗流程管理經驗，並曾推動缺失、不符合事項或施工異常完成改善與結案。
• 具工程、營運、採購、設計、承包商及其他專案利害關係人之間的跨部門協調能力。
• 能建立結構化工程進度報告、及時升級重大風險，並追蹤責任人與完成期限。
• 具土木工程、營建管理、結構工程或其他相關工程領域的學位、正式專業訓練或可驗證專業經歷。
• 具電商、物流中心、倉儲、營業所、營運據點或物流站點的工程交付經驗。
優先資格
• 持有有效的土木技師、結構技師、建築技師或建築師執照，並可驗證發證單位與有效狀態。
• 具多工地或分散式工地管理經驗，能透過承包商日報、照片、數位紀錄、定期場勘、里程碑驗收及風險觸發式現場介入管理工程。
• 具大型改建、擴建、搬遷、設施建置或其他多階段工程從規劃至驗收移交的管理經驗。
• 具工程數量計算、圖面整合、施工介面檢核、材料送審、施工計畫書、排程風險或工程變更影響分析經驗。
• 具專案狀態報告、風險清單、行動追蹤表、施工日報審查、會議紀錄、責任矩陣或管理層升級摘要的撰寫經驗。
• 具設備安裝、設施工程、材料驗收、根因分析、矯正與預防措施或跨承包商介面異常管理經驗。
• 具標準化多據點展開、門市建置、服務據點建置或營運設施交付經驗。
