We value top-tier talent and offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000/year, plus per diem to cover travel expenses!

Qualifications
- Proven track record in underground utility, directional drilling, or conduit installation projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, RFIs, and submittals using Bluebeam and MS Office.
- Willingness to commit to 100% heavy travel along project corridors (Panguitch/US-89 region).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead crews, handle inspector walkthroughs, and collaborate with project owners.
