CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description

· Plan, manage, and supervise daily construction activities

· Manages all project issues, such as manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.

· Must be understand drawings, and ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Ensure the project is completed according to the required quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.

· Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or its equivalent

· Minimum 15 years construction experience in project/site management in construction industry

· Good knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and project coordination.

· Completed relevant safety courses required,Such as BCSS&WAHS&TFSC.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills,and able to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
