Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare Presentation & Understanding Project Requirements
• Preparation of Project Schedule,Minutes of Meeting & Progress Reports
• Manage and Monitor Project Deliveries Independently
• Co-ordinate Works Between Clients, Consultants, Trade Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers
• Maintain Good Communication with QS on Site Activities,Variation Order and Preparation All Other Related Paperwork
• Ensure All Environmental, Safety and Health are Strictly Follow as per Requirements
• Any Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

• 3 years' of relevant working experience in Interior Fit-Out Work
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office & Microsoft Project Skills
• Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificate
• Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills
• Able to Work in a Fast Pace Environment and Handle Tight Deadlines
