Oversee the daily operations of multiple construction projects and ensure smooth project execution.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities to meet project schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.
Manage manpower deployment and coordinate a workforce of more than 30 employees, including foreign work pass holders.
Drive more than 30 employees from dormitory to different project sites daily.
Oversee work pass administration, manpower planning, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, developers, government authorities, and subcontractors regarding project progress and operational matters.
Review construction drawings, work schedules, method statements, and project documentation.
Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), BCA regulations, MOM requirements, and all relevant statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Handle and resolve complaints from residents, clients, and members of the public
Coordinate with project teams to investigate complaints and implement effective solutions promptly.
Monitor project costs, procurement, subcontractor performance, and overall project profitability.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Singapore's construction industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License and be able to operate company lorries when required.
Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, including BCA, MOM, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and other relevant statutory requirements.
Familiar with BCA-related construction and safety requirements and industry-recognised training courses.
Experience managing more than 30 workers, including foreign employees and work pass holders.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Annual Leave: 7 days (or more based on years of service)
Medical Leave: 14 days per year (with valid medical certificate)
Hospitalisation Leave: Up to 60 days per year (inclusive of medical leave), in accordance with the Employment Act
