Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Construction / Operations Director to lead large-scale construction operations, oversee multiple major projects, and drive operational excellence, project delivery, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple construction projects.

Requirements

• 18–25+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple major construction projects.
  

• Strong background in construction operations and project delivery.
  

• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
  

• Excellent strategic, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
