Summary
Applies paint and coatings to interior/exterior surfaces at construction sites, including high-rises, following safety and quality standards.
Job Description:
- Prepare surfaces (cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, priming)
- Apply paint, coating, and finishing to walls, ceilings, metal, and structures
- Carry out painting works at construction sites, including high-rise buildings
- Ensure quality finishing and compliance with project requirements
- Follow site safety procedures and company SOP
- Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant painting experience in construction industry
- Able to work at height
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environment
- Familiar with use of scaffolding, ladders, gondola, or boom lift
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices
- Able to follow instructions and work as a team
