Construction Permitting /Project Engineers (Building Codes Compliance)
- Project Engineer role to Client ensure that design permitting meets local building codes compliances and relevant fire safety standard.
- Prepare and manage permitting workflows and schedules based. including identify critical tasks, and ensure permitting approvals are obtained in timely manners to support project milestones.
- Manage discussion/consultation with local Authorities. In general, for fire safety issues with SCDF, NEA, BCA
- Track waiver / ST submission submission and appeal cases
- Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in the construction or manufacturing plant projects
