Construction Project Coordinator (HDB BTO Works)

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist RTO/Project Manager/Client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE in Civil / Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS) or any Architecture related.
• At least 3 to 5 years experience in the supervision of building projects in construction site.
• Working hour: 44 hours, 5.5 days no shift work
