Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities on site, ensuring timely progress and resource optimization
- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, minimizing defects and hazards
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring sessions to provide accurate updates on work progress and address issues promptly
- Oversee daily construction operations to enforce health, safety, and regulatory requirements, reducing incidents and maintaining a safe work environment
- Coordinate site logistics, including scheduling material deliveries and allocating equipment, to sustain efficient workflow and avoid delays
- Assist in tracking project budgets and monitoring cost-related matters to support financial control and project profitability
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns
- Ensure site safety by enforcing proper execution of site work procedures and promoting a culture of safety awareness
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
