What You Bring to the Arena

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be part of the project team from planning through closeout. You’ll learn the business, take ownership of key project responsibilities, and work alongside experienced PMs, Superintendents, trade partners, and clients.

• • Takes ownership of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and other project responsibilities.

• • Maintains accurate project documentation, cost tracking, and records.

• • Anticipates challenges and takes initiative to find solutions.

• • Read and understand drawings and specifications and help coordinate information between the field and office.

• • Owns tasks through to completion with a strong attention to detail.

• • Builds clear, effective communication across the project team.

The Skills Behind the Build

• • Have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

• • 2+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM (preferred)

• • Are familiar with the project scheduling process

• • Working knowledge of construction project management software

• • Hold a valid driver's license
