What you will do
- Lead the project acquisition stage for all critical relevant applications.
- Owning the full project management cycle securing right level of penetration ( SoW) , profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Owning the execution of complex opportunities with support from execution team ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are achieved.
- Coordinate customers, consultants, contractors, engineering, procurement and site teams.
- Monitor commercial performance, including budget, variations and contractual obligations.
- Drive technical coordination and resolve site/execution challenges.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Identify risks early and implement practical mitigation measures.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong experience managing large construction/engineering projects.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Good understanding of contracts, commercial topics and project risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with great capacity to navigate the matrix
- Experience in the Middle East construction environment would be an advantage.
- PMP or equivalent project-management certification is a plus.
