Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
Reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of store development within Arc’teryx. You will play a crucial role in ensuring your assigned projects are delivered on time and on budget. You will develop and manage key deliverables for mainline construction projects within the real estate portfolio - from site selection to construction completion. As a key leadership role, you will work collaboratively with real estate, design, operations, and other key internal and external partners. You thrive in a dynamic environment, and you are highly adept at making things happen no matter how complex the situation!
This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Store Development Team collaborates with key stakeholders and strategic partners in the global development of new retail stores by identifying future locations, assessing the viability, developing business cases/executive summaries for proposed locations, and working with regional teams to develop a three-year market plan. This position will work collaboratively with other members of the Store Development team, cross functionally with operations, as well as directly with the Vice President of Store Development to build stores on time and on budget.
