Construction Project Manager Assistant (Indiana)

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager Assistant to add to our Goyette Mechanical Construction Division in Northern Indiana area.

Specifically, we are looking for local candidates with a construction background and/or experience in construction management or mechanical project management.

This is a full-time, non-union salaried position with benefits.

- Work locations available:

o New Carlisle, Indiana

o Hobert, Indiana

· - Construction background or experience in Construction Management or mechanical project management.

· - Previous HVAC/R Mission Critical experience.

· - Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot plans and blueprints.

· - Sound organizational skills with strong data and document management abilities.

· - Ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on deadlines; excellent time management skills are necessary to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

· - Attention-to-detail and accuracy are highly critical in this role.

· - Must be able to foster and support a teamwork environment, placing a high emphasis on excellent customer service.

· - Dependable, adaptable, and proactive with good interpersonal skills.

· - Solid verbal and written communication with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:

· - Previous or similar Mission Critical Assistant PM or PE experience.

· - Previous experience as a construction Assistant PM or construction Project Engineer.

· - Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field/experience.

· - Software experience: ProCore, Hammertech, BluBeam, Revit, Navisworks.
