Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Construction Project Manager** to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project goals are met.

- Monitor progress and make adjustments to project plans as necessary.

- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of services.

- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work adheres to project specifications.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
