Our goal: scale rapidly without breaking schedule, cost discipline, or quality.

To do that, we need a Construction Leader who not only delivers projects — but builds the systems, vendor network, and infrastructure required to scale construction across markets.

This role is execution-owned and systems-driven. This role also support projects in both MI and NY and requires travel.

Deliver Brewtopia stands from permit handoff to opening:

· On time

· Within approved hard-cost budgets

· Fully ready for operations

· Using repeatable vendors and systems that scale without heroics
