Summary
Oversees mechanical, piping, and M&E construction projects in Singapore, ensuring on-site execution, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination while managing costs, schedules, and documentation.
Manage, coordinate, and control daily Mechanical, Piping and M&E project activities at various project sites across Singapore, including Jurong Island.
Plan and execute piping, mechanical installation, construction, and plant maintenance works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and tender requirements, and assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and variation claims.
Implement and enforce safe work practices at all project sites, with a strong commitment towards achieving Zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).
Manage manpower, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and resources to ensure efficient project execution and productivity.
Coordinate closely with owners, clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Manage project activities across Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Productivity to ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.
Ensure all works comply with project HSE, QA/QC, and client requirements.
Maintain proper project documentation throughout all phases of construction, including progress reports, inspection records, drawings, method statements, material records, and project handover documentation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or technical issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
