Construction Project Manager
Summary
Oversees multifamily housing construction projects in Syracuse, NY — from site selection, budgeting, estimating, and bidding through completion — managing subcontractors, vendors, and staff to deliver safely, on time, and on budget; covers single-site and scattered-site work including historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and new construction.
Housing Visions is looking for great people to join our team! Location would be at our corporate office located at 1201 E. Fayette St. with travel to various construction sites.
This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday, hours vary but are often 7:30 am - 4:00pm. Salary range is $85,000-$115,000/yr.

Oversees multifamily construction projects from site selection and budgeting through completion, managing subcontractors, vendors, and staff to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Collaborates with owners and design/development teams throughout planning, estimating, bidding, and construction. Successfully manages housing projects ranging from single-site to scattered-site developments, including historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and new construction.
