We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in general engineering and building projects, including public works estimating and bidding. The ideal candidate is familiar with MS Office, MS Project, site work, paving, grading, and bidding across all trades.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from inception through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Prepare cost estimates and competitive bids for public works projects.
• Coordinate site work, paving, grading, and general building activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and multiple construction trades.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Manage project changes while maintaining quality control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
