ICMS is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who will be a leader of a construction project. This individual is responsible for the oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site. Limited supervision and general direction, independently applies advanced techniques to complex assignments. Viewed as a fully competent, experienced professional.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of construction related activities for contracts.
- Support COR by performing all project management tasks.
- Provide the day-to-day project management for construction and service projects.
- Coordination with customers, schedule review, and design review.
- Develop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the field.
- Review contractor submittals for contract conformance.
- Provide assistance to the contracting officer or COR throughout the acquisition phases of the project to include answering offerors questions; attending/participating in site orientation visits; attending/participating in joint contractor/government meetings.
- Draft technical responses to any change orders.
- Prepare statement of work and cost estimate for new contracts and contract modifications.
